Family therapy can be a great opportunity for the whole family to address an issue together, support one another, and grow closer together. Problems may occur with one member of the family, but may affect the family as a whole. Children of all ages are welcome to participate.
There may be times when the whole family participates, or the family is broken into smaller groups for sessions focusing just on siblings or parents, for example.
